A custom antenna is developed specifically for the application and can be industrialized according to the expected quantities, from the manufacture of the first prototypes to small production batches or ongoing series production.

Every project begins with a shared analysis of the RF specifications, mechanical constraints, operating conditions and performance objectives.
Based on this information, we define a technical proposal describing the scope of the project, the guaranteed performance, the planned activities, the development schedule and the associated costs.
The development process combines electromagnetic simulation with mechanical CAD design. A first prototype is then manufactured, tested and characterized in our in-house anechoic chamber to verify compliance with the agreed specifications.
When the installation environment may significantly affect antenna performance, testing is not limited to the isolated antenna. Whenever possible, the evaluation also considers the actual installation configuration, radome, surrounding structures or a representative model of the final platform.
Industrialization and production begin only after the design has been experimentally validated.

Our technical scope includes the antenna component, radome, interfaces and the elements required for its mechanical and electromagnetic integration into the Customer’s platform.
We do not supply active RF electronics, firmware or communication equipment. We develop the antenna so that it can operate correctly with these systems and within the intended installation configuration.
